Unleash your full potential as a manager

My systemic coaching helps you to gain clarity, consciously shape your leadership role and deal with challenges with confidence. Every leader is unique - just like their path. My coaching offers you space for reflection, new perspectives and sustainable development.

Typical challenges faced by managers

My systemic coaching helps you to consciously reflect on your role, see challenges more clearly and develop new options for action. There are no standard solutions - just individual approaches that really suit you. Here are some of the central topics that play a recurring role in coaching.

  • Leadership begins with self-image. What values drive you? How do you want to be perceived? In coaching, you reflect on your individual leadership style, develop a clear attitude and learn to exert a more conscious influence - on your team, your decisions and your impact as a leader.

  • Not every decision can be based on complete information. In complex situations, it is important to endure uncertainty and still remain capable of acting. In coaching, you develop strategies for making sound decisions under pressure - with clarity, responsibility and foresight.

  • Leadership comes with challenges - from high responsibility to expectations from above and below. How do you deal with this pressure without losing yourself? In coaching, you will find ways to consciously manage stress, set boundaries and strengthen your resilience in order to lead successfully and healthily in the long term.

  • Wherever people work together, conflicts arise - but they don't have to be destructive. Systemic coaching helps you to recognize conflicts at an early stage, understand the underlying patterns and develop solution-oriented strategies. In this way, you create a team atmosphere in which openness and trust grow.

  • Whether new structures, team changes or strategic realignments - change often means uncertainty. As a manager, it is your job to accompany this change and provide orientation. In coaching, you will work out how to communicate change processes clearly, deal constructively with resistance and lead your team safely through change.

Experiences from my coaching sessions

"The coaching with Marco opened up new perspectives on my problems. Thanks to his methodical approach, I was able to discuss the issues together with his support and develop solutions independently. I particularly appreciate the fact that he didn't dictate too much, but left room for my own insights."

What is systemic coaching for managers?

Systemic coaching does not look at you in isolation, but in the interactions with your environment - be it your team, your colleagues or your company. Instead of standardized leadership training, it is about reflecting on your individual situation and developing solutions that really suit you.

  • Leadership is not just strategy and expertise - it requires a deep understanding of dynamics, communication and self-management. Systemic coaching helps you to recognize the invisible patterns behind your challenges, to use your strengths more consciously and to gain clarity about your long-term development as a leader.

  • Every manager has their own way of leading - with their own strengths, values and challenges. Instead of generic leadership training, systemic coaching offers you the opportunity to address your individual issues in a targeted manner. Whether it's about decision-making, communication or dealing with responsibility - the coaching is tailored to your personal needs.

  • Success in leadership is not only reflected in quick results, but above all in long-term developments. Systemic coaching helps you not only to overcome acute challenges, but also to establish a stable, authentic leadership style. The insights gained will accompany you beyond the coaching process - for sustainable change that lasts.

How does systemic coaching for managers work?

Every leadership situation is unique - just like every coaching session. My approach is individual, practical and geared towards your specific challenges. It's not just about individual sessions, but about support that enables sustainable change. Whether acute issues or long-term development - the process adapts to your needs, without rigid structures or prefabricated solutions.

Duration

A session lasts between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on your concerns and what is currently in focus. I take the time I need to really go into depth - efficiently, but without pressure.

Place

Whether directly in your office, in a quiet external coaching room or remotely via video call - the setting depends on your working day and your preferences. I will come to where it suits you best.

Discretion

Coaching is a protected space for reflection and further development. Everything we discuss remains confidential. This allows you to talk openly about challenges, uncertainties and decisions without feeling restricted.

Flexibility

No two coaching sessions are the same. Whether acute challenges or long-term development - we always work on what really moves you. The process is flexible and depends entirely on your issues, your pace and your goals.

Transfer

Coaching is only as valuable as what happens afterwards. We make sure that you can integrate your findings directly into your day-to-day management work - be it through concrete action steps, reflection tasks or new perspectives for your team.

Sustainability

Long-term change does not come about through one-off impulses, but through continuous reflection and application. That's why, if you wish, I can accompany you over several months - with regular sessions or one-off support in challenging situations.

Frequently asked questions

When is the right time for systemic coaching as a manager?

Coaching is not only useful when acute problems arise - it can also support you preventively in consciously reflecting on your leadership, gaining new perspectives and increasing your effectiveness. It is particularly helpful in phases of change, e.g. in a new leadership role, team conflicts or strategic realignments.

How does systemic coaching differ from traditional consulting?

While consulting often provides concrete solutions or best practices, systemic coaching is about developing your own answers. Instead of ready-made strategies, you receive targeted questions, reflections and a change of perspective that enable you to find sustainable and authentic solutions that suit you and your environment.

Can I also use systemic coaching for my team?

Yes, many managers start with personal coaching to reflect on themselves and later extend it to team development or conflict resolution. If you notice that there are recurring issues in your team, targeted team coaching or a workshop can help to improve collaboration and communication in the long term.

How can I reconcile systemic coaching with my everyday working life?

Coaching does not have to be time-consuming - individual targeted sessions are often enough to provide important impetus. Many managers use coaching as an integral part of their day-to-day work, be it through regular reflection appointments, selective support in decision-making phases or flexible remote sessions that can be easily integrated into the daily routine.

What distinguishes systemic coaching from classic leadership training?

Traditional leadership training usually teaches standardized methods, whereas systemic coaching addresses your specific challenges individually. Instead of predefined content, you receive tailor-made approaches that really suit you. The result is sustainable change that can be integrated into everyday management.

How do I know if systemic coaching is right for me?

If you frequently think about certain challenges in your leadership, would like more clarity about your path or would like to work specifically on your communication, decision-making skills or role as a leader, then systemic coaching could be just the right tool for you. A free initial consultation will help you to find out.
